Investment visas in Dubai: easier access to residency

Dubai offers a range of residential programs for investors, enabling them to stay legally for long periods. The two main options are :

This visa is intended for people who have made a real estate investment of a certain amount in the United Arab Emirates. It allows medium-term renewable residency.

Key conditions:

- Minimum amount required: AED 750,000 (approx. USD 204,200) in property value.

- Eligible off-plan properties: Investors can initiate their application as soon as at least 50% of the property is paid for, either via a mortgage or a payment plan.

- Duration of visa: Generally valid for 3 years, renewable if eligibility criteria are maintained.

2. Golden Visa

The UAE Golden Visa is a high-end solution designed for high-potential investors, international talent and entrepreneurs. It offers extended access to residency with exclusive benefits.

Key benefits :

- Period of validity: 10 years, renewable.

- Flexible stay: Possibility of residing abroad without cancelling the validity of the visa.

- Extended sponsorship: Inclusion of family members (spouse and children, no age limit).
