The Archive is designed around a literary concept: a two-storey lobby library holds 10,000 physical books behind a check-in desk built from bound books and an integrated spiral staircase, alongside sound-insulated Writer's Rooms and a Reading Salon. Wellness is elevated by a gymnasium built on Imtiaz's signature Raw Theory philosophy. Every home adds wall-length bookshelves and a built-in reading nook with a coffee station. The rooftop carries the theme further with an outdoor cinema, while the ground floor adds a mini golf course and a dedicated pets' area.
The Archive offers studios from 360 sq.ft, 1-bedroom Compact homes from 546 sq.ft, 1-bedroom Executive homes from 600 sq.ft, 2-bedroom homes from 1,022 sq.ft and 3-bedroom homes from 1,305 sq.ft. Every layout includes a built-in reading nook with a coffee station and a balcony.
The Archive offers two payment plans, both starting with 20% on booking plus a 4% DLD fee and an admin fee. The 50/50 plan splits the remaining balance into instalments through construction, with 50% due at completion in Q3 2028. The 60/40 plan pays 40% over 3 years after handover, in quarterly instalments of 3.3%.
